This unique project involved the meticulous interior and exterior restoration of a historic home dating to circa-1850, along with two other outbuildings of more recent vintage.  All of the historic windows were restored, and new shutters were installed.  New bathrooms were installed with custom locally sourced cabinetry. The rear of the house was reconfigured, and a new kitchen was constructed with large window openings connecting the space to an adjacent covered outdoor living area.  A new pool house and carport were also constructed at the rear of this unusually large property.  The entire property was landscaped, and new pools and water features were constructed.  The interiors were beautifully decorated by the Owner’s interior design team.
